Headquarters & data controller jurisdiction: Republic of Armenia. This policy is governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" (HO-49-N). For visitors in the EU/EEA we additionally apply the standards of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

YMME Hotels ("YMME", "we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and your rights.

1. Who is the controller

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not run advertising or behavioural tracking.

3. Legal basis for processing

Consent — when you submit the enquiry form (Art. 8 RA Law HO-49-N / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Legitimate interest — responding to your enquiry, securing the site and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored partnership proposal.
To contact you through the channels you provided.
To maintain the security and integrity of the website.

We never sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Sharing & international transfers

We share data only with processors strictly necessary to operate (e.g. hosting, email), bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. As a brand operating across CIS, Asia, Africa and LATAM, data may be transferred internationally; such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses / adequacy where applicable). Web fonts are served by Google Fonts (Google LLC) which may receive your IP address when loading fonts.

6. Storage & retention

Enquiry data is stored on secured systems with access limited to authorised personnel and retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and our legitimate business interests, after which it is deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

7. Security measures (information security)

HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit; HSTS enforced.
Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy and related hardening headers.
Access control and the principle of least privilege for stored enquiry data.
In the event of a personal-data breach affecting your rights, we will notify the competent Armenian authority and affected individuals as required by law.

8. Cookies & local storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only your language and view-mode preference in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. See our Cookie Policy.

9. Your rights

Under RA Law HO-49-N and the GDPR you may: access your data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, write to privacy@ymmehotels.com.

10. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
