Sokol, Nomad and Roots on this site are illustrative models, not reported operating results. YMME accepts independent hotels on Solo, Duet and Ensemble. Every figure is a model, not a result.
Do I keep my own brand?
Yes — on Solo and Duet your property keeps its name and identity; YMME stays behind the scenes. Ensemble uses the YMME brand.
What does it cost?
From $19/mo per room (Solo), 4% of GRR (Duet), 6% + equity (Ensemble). No hidden marketing, reservation or IT surcharges. Tailored per property.
Can I exit?
Yes — exit if agreed KPIs are missed. Exact terms are set in the agreement, tailored per property.
Who owns the guest data?
You do. Not sold or shared without consent, with a full export on exit. See Data & Security.
Where does my data live?
Under Republic of Armenia jurisdiction (HO-49-N), with GDPR for EU guests; designed to avoid US hyperscaler lock-in.
